Labor Day weekend offered us one more opportunity to do something fun -
so we invited Jodi's brother Jeff down for a day of wine tasting. We traveled west
an hour or so to Senaca Lake wine country and hit 5 or 6 wineries. It was a great
time and fortunately Jodi volunteered to be the designated driver while Jeff and I
proceeded to stumble from place to place.
1
Start the day with a nice breakfast at the Dryden Queen
Diner.
2
Ahhh . . Seneca Lake as seen from the balcony of Chateau
Lafayette winery. Note the rows of grapes.
3
These places sell anything!
4
Here I am looking dorky in front of Leidenfoot Vineyards.
5
At Hazlitt 1852 winery. Our tongues are starting to
get numb...
6
Close to the end of our trip, and I thought I'd get an
artistic shot.
